We stand behind our products and their quality and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer No refunds. If there is an issue with the product or download, contact us and we will send a replacement download link to the email address you provide.

 

If you change your mind about your purchase, or have otherwise a specific error that occurred please contact or email us regarding this issue.

 

Refund Requests made after the purchase of our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be made within (14) days of purchase of a product on our website.

 

Upon handling your case which may take up to 1-3 business days, after consideration of the issue provided, we find you are owed the full refund for your purchased product, we will submit a refund to the payment method in which you purchased the product in the full amount in which was paid. This refund could take up to 7 business days to finalize.
